Afternoon Team Ball Game - One colours ball played by each player in turn for a hole Stapleford points added to team score. Lost ball leads to disqualification Winner - Alan Hartley / Ann Tilbury - G. Hooper with 20 points Runners Up - Dave Cowling / Matthew Robinson / Philip Noble with 17 points Interesting occurrences Jonty Wild's team spent at least an hour at lunch working out the permutations in order to get the best match for handicaps/holes given the morning performance. Jonty was to lead off, he promptly drove the ball into a sapling, it bounced sideways into the rough. They found about 6 balls, but unfortunately none of them was the team ball! No points, disqualified first stroke, first hole! Jonty was popular!
