The Pirton Methodist Church is a friendly and growing congregation of people who are drawn to the life of Jesus and who look for signs of God's presence in the world today.  Each week a different person or team of people inspire and lead the church in worship. 

A number of worshippers are Members and share responsibility for the running of the church.  Ann Wilshere is Steward, Helen Hofton is Secretary and Ian Brakenbury is Treasurer.  The Minister lives in Hitchin, but is frequently in the village and leads a monthly communion, usually on the first Sunday of the month. 

The Church seeks to be a friend in the village and enjoys good a relationship with St Mary's and other churches in the area.  Please phone or email for more information.'
