Could you note that the police have a new telephone number for non-emergency calls which is 0845 33 00 222 and this replaces 01462 425000.  The emergency number remains 999

Are you aware that the North Herts District Council provide free of charge graffiti removal kits to community groups, clubs, schools etc to assist them in keeping their own areas clean? Only 28 kits were requested last year. These kits can be obtained by contacting the waste management team on (01462) 474 338.

Please note that these kits are not for large scale graffiti and that any graffiti should still be reported to the police and the council as it is a criminal offence.
