It is some time since I have been in touch with you, but I am hoping you may be able to help me with my John Kingsley and Mary Furrian family.
As an attachment I am sending a chart of the family, the details shown is all I can find of them.
Perhaps you may know of a person in your area who can further research the family for me. I am quite willing to pay for fees incurred.

I am still searching for my KINGSLEY forebears from Pirton, Hertfordshire.
William Kingsley (my convict relation) was born c1808, could read and write,
single, occupation a Ploughman and Shiphand. His offence was sheep stealing and
he was Tried on 13 March 1827 at the Bedford Assizes, his sentence being 14
years. He was transported on the 'Prince Regent', arriving Sydney Cove on 27
September 1827.
I am not sure, but suspect his parents were William and Mary Kingsley (nee Wright), who were married 5 February 1807 at St Mary's, Pirton.

Have just entered your pirton site forwarded to me by a lady who picked up my HANSCOMBE search message on the Ancestry Message Boards.
What a delightful and interesting site.
I am researching my Gt Gt Grandparents namely:-
ABRAHAM KINGSLEY ( I believe his parents were ABRAM / ANN KINGSLEY but not confirmed) who married ABIGAIL HANSCOMBE at PIRTON on 11th NOVEMBER 1854, daughter LAVINIA ELIZABETH KINGSLEY, Born DECEMBER 1865 PIRTON, Baptised 1st APRIL 1866
(This is my Gt Grandmother)
If anyone has any information on either ABIGAIL HANSCOMBE or ABRAHAM KINGSLEY I would be very interested in hearing from them.
