Draft Local Plan No. 3
For those interested in wider planning issues, North Herts District Council have made the following announcement (précised):
In accordance with the Town and Country Planning (Development Plan) Regulations 1999. regulation 25 . . . the Draft Local Plan No. 3 for the replacement of North Hertfordshire District Local Plan No 2 with alterations has been withdrawn, therefore I believe that Local Plan 2 still applies.
NHDC withdrew the Plan at its meeting on the 19th Dec 2000 in order to carry out the necessary work to comply with Planning Guidance Note 3 - Housing.
NHDC will start the plan's preparation again. This will be announced through advertisements and press coverage (and here if I get the information!).
