The link to the relevant NHDC page is given at the bottom of this page. When you follow it you will see the image below, so first note the application or decision reference number, then enter it in the field indicated and select "go". You will see the PDF (Portable Document Format) documents in the left hand column as long as you have installed Adobe Reader (see above) then double clicking on any of the documents will open it for you to view.
