The Pirton Summer FairThe Pirton Summer Fair is an annual event held in the beautiful village of Pirton. The programme varies each year but usually includes fantastic acrobatic aircraft fly-bys, army trucks, motor show, bouncy castle, competitions such as welly whanging, country dancing, clowns, helicopters, speed football and a selection of arts, crafts and eateries, the fair has all you can ask for for a fun family day out. The Sports and Social club immediately adjacent to the fair provides fine beers, wine and evening entertainment. WHEN:The Pirton Summer Fair for 2008 will be on Saturday July 12th between 12pm and 5pm. WHERE:At the Pirton Recreation Ground known as 'The Rec', just off Walnut Tree Road in Pirton, Hertfordshire (near Hitchin). See directions on the left menu for details and maps.
